Presentation Guidelines

Abstract submission

• Please submit your abstract(s) through the online submission system.
• The official languages of the conference are Vietnamese and English.
• Authors may revise or update their abstracts until 00:00 (GMT+7), 07/08/2026.

General regulations on scientific papers

• Papers submitted to the conference must not be under concurrent submission to other journals.
• Papers already published in other journals will not be accepted.
• Authors are responsible for the scientific views expressed in their manuscripts.
• Authors are accountable to the Editorial Board, the public, and applicable press and copyright laws.

Format requirements

Length limits

• Full papers must be numbered using Arabic numerals.
• Do not use Roman numerals.
• Full paper files should be sent by email to vago.vn@gmail.com.

Cover page

• Full title of the paper in Vietnamese and English.
• Font size 14, uppercase, bold, centered.
• Academic titles, degrees, and affiliations of all authors.
• Name, address, phone number, and email of the corresponding author.

Vietnamese abstract

Under 250 words.

• Background, including study objectives
• Subjects and methods, or subjects and materials
• Results
• Conclusions
• Keywords

English abstract

Under 250 words.

• Title — font size 14, uppercase, bold, centered
• Author — without diacritics; affiliation in English
• Background, including objectives
• Materials and methods, or Subjects and Methods
• Results
• Conclusions
• Key words

Full paper structure

• Background
• Subjects and methods
• Results
• Discussion
• Conclusions and recommendations (recommendations optional)
• References
• Appendix, if any

Notes on presenting the paper

• Tables should only contain information not already stated in the text.
• Do not present duplicate information.
• Do not present more than 5 tables for review or research articles.
• Symbols and lines in diagrams and graphs must be large enough to remain readable when reduced for print.
• Diagrams and graphs must not be submitted as images.
• Diagrams and graphs should be created in Excel, Word Graph, or Chart so formatting can be edited.
• Images must be saved in JPEG format in a separate file.
• Image file size must not exceed 2 MB.
• Images must include captions.
• All illustrations should be placed on separate pages at the end of the manuscript.

References

• Authors should cite only essential references.
• References in the manuscript must be verified.
• References must follow the Vancouver style.
• References appear at the end of the manuscript.
• References are numbered consecutively in the order of citation.
• Reference numbers are placed in square brackets [ ].
• Language of the source is not restricted.
